("NoticeFix", "the Company"), you explicitly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable statutory regulations.
2. Non-Legal Advice Disclaimer
NoticeFix provides a software interface, automated data analysis trackers, and administrative tax documentation processing pipelines. Notice Fix Inc. is not a law firm, does not maintain an active attorney-client relationship map with users, and does not provide legal defense advice. All tax representation or administrative review paths are executed exclusively by licensed Enrolled Agents operating in strict accordance with Treasury Department Circular No. 230 guidelines.
3. Accuracy of User Information
Users utilizing our dynamic calculation engines, installment agreement qualifiers, or intake fields are strictly required to verify the truthfulness and accuracy of all submitted data metrics (including balances owed, filing status choices, and notice issue codes). NoticeFix assumes no liability for processing blocks or agency rejections caused by inaccurate or falsified data inputs.
4. Limitation of Liability
While our automated software tracking nodes and licensed representatives strive for absolute precision across all state and federal resolution lanes, NoticeFix shall not be liable for any administrative late fees, compounding interest penalties, or collection actions triggered directly by processing delays, mailing transit blocks, or IRS computer system down-times.
